Meet Tandra Rogers, a devoted wife of 17 years, a mother of 5 and a proud grandmother of 5. But she’s more than just these titles; she is a passionate full -sprectrum doula, a birthing companion dedicated to supporting women through one of life’s most vulnerable yet powerful experiences.
Tandra’s journey into doula work stemmed from a deep-seated belief in the innate wisdom of a woman’s body during childbirth. She understands that sometimes, amidst medical interventions, the true connection between a mother and her birthing strength can become stained and overshadowed by external factors. Her mission is clear: to help women reconnect by empowering them to rediscover their natural birthing abilities within
Beyond individual empowerment, Tandra is committed to raising awareness about the alarming birth mortality rates among black and brown women. Through personalized, professional, and nurturing care, she seeks to bridge the gap by providing unwavering support while guiding mothers back to their birthing strengths.

Tandra is an amazing doula and I’m so lucky to have her support throughout my whole pregnant and my delivery. Never in a million years did I think I would need a doula but after my experience I’ll never do it without. I’m beyond thankful for her resources and knowledge that she has in childbirth and postpartum. I’ve always had very painful labors but not this go around. Her calming energy and affirmations along with birthing classes help me the whole way through. I highly recommend Tandra has your doula.

Mrs Tandra Rogers is an amazing doula and has all of the knowledge you could hope for when selecting someone to support you through your pregnancy and birth. She is a holistic doula, which means everything is better natural and her and her team are there to push you through whatever fears you might be experiencing. If you must have a medicated birth, she is there to support you either way. She is awesome and one of my favorite people. She help me find my voice and reminded me that anything is possible and i wouldnt of gotten though my first birth without her, helping me through those painful contractions because i was induced and was scared. I am very grateful for them and are going to continue to use their services. Professional, kind and knowledgeable are just a few words to describe her and her team. I recommend everyone to use them because they are the best of the best😊.
